Enrolment enquiries can be sent to us by website, email or telephone. Your inquiries will be addressed by our office staff and service Coordinator.
Enrolment forms can be obtained upon request.
New families are required to complete enrolment forms before any child can attend the service. A meeting with a service staff will be invaluable in helping to transition your child into the service. It is an excellent opportunity to discuss their interests, talents, social concerns, successes and challenges or any other relevant information that will help your child enjoy their experience at OSHC.
An OSHC handbook will be provided for new enrollments. It is an information handbook that details selected policies and conditions of enrolment. In addition families will be given a tour of the service and the basic operation of the service will be explained including the signing in/out process, boundaries, menu, behaviour support process, programming and staffing.
It is a legislative requirement that all information obtained through the enrolment process is kept confidential and used only for the purposes for which it is obtained. This is our service policy.
To support the inclusion of children with special needs, the meeting upon enrolment is an excellent opportunity to discuss the level of support required to ensure we have the necessary resources and programs in place for your child. The information at this meeting will assist us to provide program tailored to your child's specific needs. This can include children with additional needs, children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds or from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds
